How can I change my account information?

If you want to change your email, phone number, address, or other personal information, please email us at daydream01012021@gmail.com. We have to change it on our end.

What are your business hours?

Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Most emails are replied to within 2 business days at the latest. If we do not get back to you within this time frame, please send us another email.

How to reach out for help?

Please email us. Please include your order number if applicable. Our team will respond within a few hours during business hours. We won't respond to you via our Instagram DM regarding orders, especially.

 

Products

Do you take pre-orders?

From time to time, there will be pre-order items, which will be mentioned on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will be shipped out at once after the pre-order item arrives.

Sorry, we don't take any pre-orders for K-pop-related items for now.

Will sold-out items ever be restocked?

For K-pop related items, only if they are in active printing. Then it will be restocked occasionally. Please keep checking on the product page. Or sign up for the notification email for the restock on the product page.

For handmade items, they will rarely be restocked.


Why is my lightstick open?

Lightsticks are randomly inspected by our team to ensure they are not broken and are working properly. To tell you that it is inspected, we leave notes regarding it.

*Please do not leave the batteries inside the lightstick when it is not in use. There is a chance that it will damage the socket. Out box damage will not be a reason for the return.


Does your album come with a poster?

No, they do not come with posters unless it is an inclusion as folded posters upon manufacturing.

 

Orders and Payments

How to change my order/address?

Once the order is placed, it should be manually done on our end. Please email us with your order number and the information you wish to change.

*Changing the shipping address cannot be processed once your order is on the way. If that's the case, please contact the USPS, our carrier.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us with your order number. Orders that are not processed for shipping will be cancelled with no fee if it is cancelled within 24 hours from the time that your order was placed. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

If your order is already processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please place your order when you're certain of your order.

How long is the processing time?

Processing time can take up to 2 business days. If your order is not shipped after processing time, please email us to check the status of your order.

 

Shipping and Returns

How can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

All orders are final sale. There will be no exception, and we won't take any return unless it meets the following conditions.

  • Received incorrect item: Please keep it sealed and unopened. Items that are only brand new and in original condition will be exchanged for the correct item.
  • Missing contents: Please record the whole unboxing process (including unboxing of your sealed packages) in one video. Your shipping label should be clearly shown in the video for the name and order number checking. Then send us the full video via email. It will be inspected by our team before further processing.
  • Damaged item: Please check below.
  • For the above reasons, it should be processed within 5 business days from the delivery date.
If you wish to return just because you changed your mind, sorry, but we don't accept returns for that reason. Due to the special items, such as K-Pop album inclusions, which could be easily slid out without fully breaking the seals. Please understand that we spend time and resources to fulfill your order.


What if my item is damaged?

We double-check all items before packing and shipping to ensure that the item is in great condition.

Please record the whole unboxing process (including unboxing of your sealed packages) in one video. Your shipping label should be clearly shown in the video for the name and order number checking. So that our team ensures that it is damaged upon shipping. Only for that reason, after the reasonable inspection, you'll be able to return for exchange or refund.

*The out box for the album is for protection purposes. If the inclusions and CDs remain undamaged, it will not be accepted for return. Minor dents, scratches, and bents will not be considered as damaged.

Do you do free shipping?

Sorry, we don't do free shipping for now.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship to US. We will try to add more regions as our business gets bigger. Thank you for your interest!
