How can I change my account information?
If you want to change your email, phone number, address, or other personal information, please email us to daydream01012021@gmail.com. We have to change it on our end.
What are your business hours?
Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm PST
Most emails are replied within 2 business days latest. If we do not get back to you within this time frame, please send us another email.
How to reach out for help?
Please email us. Please include your order number if applicable. Our team will response within a few hours within business hours. We won't response back to you via our Instagram DM regarding orders.

Do you take pre-orders?
Time to time, there will be pre-order items, which will be mentioned in the product page. If your order contains pre-order item, all items will be shipped out at once after pre-order item is arrived.
Sorry, we don't take any pre-orders for K-pop related items for now.
Will sold out items ever be restocked?
Why my lightstick is opened?
Are your album comes with a poster?
No, it does not come with a poster unless it is an inclusion as folded poster.
Orders and Payments
How to change my order/address?
Once the order is placed, it should be done on our end. Please email us with your order number and information you wish to change.
*Changing the shipping address cannot be processed once your order is on the way. If that's the case, please contact directly to the USPS.
How can I cancel my order?
Please email us with your order number. Order that is not processed for shipping will be cancelled with no fee if it is cancelled within 24 hours from your order placed time. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours, there will be 10% of restocking fee.
If your order is already processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please place your order when you're certain for your order.
What is the processing time?
Processing time can take up to 2 business days. If your order is not shipped after processing time, please email us to check the status of your order.
Shipping and Returns
How can I return my item for refund or exchange?
All orders are final sale. There will be no exception and we won't take any return unless it is met following conditions.
- Received incorrect item: Please keep it sealed and unopened. Item that is only brand new and in original condition will be exchanged to the correct item.
- Missing contents: Please record the whole unboxing process (including opening up your package) in one video. Then send us the video to us. It will be inspected by our team before further process.
- Damaged item: Please check below.
- For above reasons, it should be processed within 5 business days from delivery date.
What if my item is damaged?
We double-check all items before packing and shipping that the item is in great condition.
Please record the whole unboxing process (including opening up your package) in one video. So that our team ensure that is damaged upon shipping. Only for that reason after the reasonable inspection, you'll able to return for exchange or refund.
*Out box for the album is protection purpose. If the inclusions and CDs remain undamaged, it will not be accepted for the return. Minor dents, scratches, and bents will not be considered as damaged.
Do you do free shipping?
Sorry, we don't do free shipping for now.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship to US. We will try to add more regions as our business gets bigger. Thank you for your interests!
